| SECOND | Call CNI toll free (1-800-225-7531) and ask a representative for a confirming quote. Our business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Monday-Friday. This is also a good place to ask questions and get straight answers because we do not use commission sales. | |
| THIRD | If you like the price and want to place an order, simply ask for a computer confirmation number. If you want to think about it before moving ahead remember that if your quote was given during active trading it could change before you call back. After 10:30 AM (Pacific Standard Time) the commodity markets are closed and most of the time your quote will remain unchanged for the remainder of the day. There are occasions when political volatility and professional hedging can change prices even after the commodity markets close, this is called an after-market. Also keep in mind we have a $2000 minimum phone order with free shipping and insurance, saving you $25 to $100 over other national dealers. There is no minimum order when visiting the store in person and in state orders are California sales tax free when totaling $1500 or more. There is no state sales tax charged for out of state orders. | |
| FOURTH | Always include your Confirmation Number on your form of payment which will be made out to California Numismatic Investments. This special number will be used to track your order. Your money must be sent at the time of the order, and if not received by CNI in a timely manner your order and phone privilege will be canceled. At the time of the order both sides agree your price quote is "locked in". In other words both you and California Numismatic Investments agree to honor that price, no matter what the markets may do while the order is processed. | |
| FIFTH | A bank wire is the fastest way to receive your order and is required if your invoice exceeds $15,000.00. Make checks payable to California Numismatic Investments. Cashier's Checks and Money Orders are held for 2 weeks and a personal check for 3 weeks. Each type of check must be authenticated and new bank privacy rules make this process difficult. We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest that if this check holding period is not satisfactory please consider a bank wire. | |
| SIXTH | CNI only uses the United States Post Office, registered and insured with restricted delivery. This simply means your personal signature and identification are required during the delivery process. Your package is carefully wrapped in a way as to not suggest what is inside. If the postman tries to deliver when you're not home he will leave a red notice. You can sign for the package at the post office. Should you have a question about your order in transit call us with your confirmation number and we can track your order. | |

| EIGHTH | When selling to CNI, the process is similar but your Vendor Account must be set up before proceeding so read here first and remember that for our Purchase Order Number to remain valid you must mail the product to us on the day of your call. If you cannot get to the Post Office please wait until you can before asking for a Purchase Order. This is very important in helping balance our hedged position so thanks in advance for following this rule. | |
