Selling Precious Metals

Selling Precious Metals To

Compra y Venda En Espanol

When you are selling precious metals to call toll free (1-800-225-7531) and ask a representative for our buying quote. The website will show you a live buy and sell price which changes throughout the day. To convert this quotation into a Purchase Order with our fixed buy price you must confirm with our live trading desk.

This live pricing system moves our bullion products up and down throughout the day and provides the seller, in this case you, with exact prices we pay during the live trading day.  We use an independent Bullion Desk Live Feed which moves our bullion products higher or lower and assures you an accurate quote.

Our business hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday.

This direct call will also allow you to ask questions about various forms of payment, coin or bar premiums or anything else you feel is needed to make an informed decision.

Take your time because once you confirm your interest in selling precious metals to and ask for a Purchase Order (PO), will then confirm this transaction creating a PO Invoice which contains a confirmation number and locks in the price position.

Before selling precious metals to us you need to remember that your quote will change as the precious metals trade around the clock. After 10:30 AM (Pacific Standard Time) the domestic commodity market closes and the international live market continues throughout the day.

Once you have considered selling precious metals to and want to complete the transaction your Vendor Account will be set up and will contain your name, mailing address, daytime telephone number, email and any other information you deem important.

The representative will then list the products you are selling, the quantity of each product and our buying price. You will once again be asked if the total and price per item is satisfactory and if you have any questions about this transaction.

At that point you can lock-in your quote and be protected against further market movement. In other words we both agree to abide by our quoted price no matter what the market direction while the transaction is being completed and you are being paid.

The selling party, in this case you, is obligated to follow through regardless of market direction because the buyer, in this case us, has acted on your behalf and at your direction so the trade is legally hedged and an obligation is created by our company.

If you use the mail to ship, please wrap securely and fully insure your package in a timely manner. A timely manner means your package must be in the mail the same day your Purchase Order was confirmed to assure your “price lock” remains in place. If you want to sell a bullion product Friday night and cannot get to the Post Office until Monday please wait until Monday before asking for a Purchase Order.

When selling precious metals please allow at least a week delivery time to our location depending on where you live.

When selling precious metals through the mail there is a $25,000.00 insurance limit per package when using the USPS so large sellers will require multiple packages. Consider using military standard numbering (1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3): this makes for seamless receiving and happy inventory control.

The package must be fully insured, registered and include such things as: (1) your complete name, mailing address and zip code. (2) An inventory list which includes the number of items, our buy price per item and totals. (3) Your Purchase Order Number. (4) Your daytime telephone number or cell and email in case we have questions.

Inventory Control must sign for each package and please only use our corporate name and address:
525 West Manchester Blvd
Inglewood, CA 90301-1627

Take extra care in packaging, using filament tape and extra packing material to insure nothing rattles within your box. If you need instruction ask one of our representatives for a few packing tips. This will insure your package arrives safely.

A company check is mailed within 7 working days or less after receiving your package.

If you prefer a bank wire there is a $25.00 service charge which will be subtracted from your invoice total. Remember to provide Ed Hom with the appropriate numbers and include wiring instructions on your Vendor Account.

If you have additional questions about selling precious metals call Brent Galaway or Ken Slater directly (800-225-7531) and they will be happy to help.  We have a full contact list on our About Us page.

The US mail delivers millions of dollars in inventory to us each year. It is a safe and secure way of conducting business nationally. And be assured our more than 30 years of experience will provide a secure and professional transaction.
